Workstage's raised floor provides easy access to all plug & play HVAC, electrical, voice/data, sound masking, life safety, and the building/energy management systems. Because of the flexible design, people, furnishings and rooms can be moved, changed, or expanded over the course of a weekend.

Today's conventional "Class A" building requires periodic capital and downtime on IT construction. This lengthy method falls short of the fundamental business need for quick, non-disruptive, and cost efficient change

The workplace should be eco-sensitive, with daylight, and as much fresh air as possible. Workstage buildings consume 15-25% less utility expenses than a traditional Class A building. Our buildings contribute less pollution by using environmentally friendly building materials and a construction process that fills less landfill space.
