CII Conversion Modules are used in a pipe and j-box environment to convert conventional installations to a modular solution. All ten-pin wiring is terminated to the current building power source per NEC code and customer specifications. The wall accessories are designed to either manage voice/data cabling or provide a quick connect interface between the building power source and the workstation.

Capacity - Providing more power options.

Most power solutions available today have a maximum of 8 wires, providing up to 4 circuits. Our standard system, however, can be customized, using up to 10 wires in a single PowerMate cable using a "first make-last break" safety grounding feature.

Warranty

Communications Integrators, Inc. guarantees that all ten-wire products shall be new and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of shipment.

Construction: Constructed of 18-gauge cold rolled, quality sheet steel and finished with catalyzed urethane enamel standard.

  • Available in Warm white.
  • Conversion modules are constructed of 18-gauge galvanized steel.

  • Wall Accessories mount on either a standard 4 x 4 x 2 1/8 J-box or a 2-gang plaster ring.
  • 4 11/16 x 4 11/16 version is standard.
  • J-box and or plaster rings are not provided by CII unless specified otherwise.

Cable Management Wall Plate with three (3) 5/8" wide cutouts for cable routing. Frame Size: L: 5.25" H: 5.25" with one insert.

Single Conversion Module with one (1) ten-wire connector Plate Size: Attaches to standard dual position J-box

Single Conversion Module with one (1) ten-wire connector Plate Size: Attaches to standard dual position J-box.

Dual Conversion Module with two (2) ten-wire connectors Plate Size: Attaches to standard dual position J-box.

  • Conversion Modules mount in 4 x 4 x 2 1/8 industry standard J-boxes.
  • A 4 11/16 x 4 11/16 version also available.
  • J-boxes are not provided by CII unless specified otherwise.

Technically Speaking

CII Building Interface products are U.L.listed and CSA certified as "Manufactured Wiring Systems" and conform to UL-183 Standard for Safety and governed by Article 604 of the National Electrical Code. Being a "Manufactured Wiring System" allows customer disconnect and reconnect of pre-manufactured products.
