Our Commitment to Quality

Bank and Office Interiors has had a formal Quality Improvement Program in place since 1987. B&OI maintains quality for our customers by performing services in-house. We have process and control measures in place to monitor our performance and provide daily feedback to managers and associates. In addition, we solicit customer feedback, through surveys and other means, using that information to evaluate and improve our performance.

Our Continuous Quality Program is fully integrated with the way we do business and is reflected in our organizational structure and our business planning process.
