Project Partners Overview

B&OI has built a history of developing and retaining relationships with its customers.We make it a point to listen, understand, interpret, and then act to deliver complete customer satisfaction. Our commitment to service is exemplified by Project Partners, our quality driven process for effective project coordination and critical path management.

The Project Partners process was developed in 1991. For each project, B&OI assembles dedicated teams with expertise in account management, design, project management, coordi-nation and delivery / installation.

This dedicated team is focused on supporting all furniture and service-related activities. Since we implemented this process, customer satisfaction has increased as we have significantly reduced and all but eliminated the number of unresolved items at job completion with our zero-defect punch list process.
