Representing the culmination of the efforts of many individuals, our crews are detail oriented and quality focused. Whether reconfiguring existing or installing new product, our uniformed and professional installation crew will deliver and install your furniture to your specifications.

B&OI employs over 100 installers and delivery crew personnel. We augment our staff, as necessary, through coordination of local subcontract labor organizations aligned with B&OI. Our subcontractors must comply with an explicit set of policies and standards as maintained by the Installations Supervisor. This strategy allows B&OI to support any size project on fast paced schedules at any time of the year.

Within B&OI, an installation coordinator and supervisor provide consistent direction for installation staff. Delivery and Installation functions are evaluated by series of measures that make up the “Operations Incentive” program. A defined set of core competencies grouped in pay levels provides clear criteria for training and development.
