Workstation Checklists

The following checklist was prepared by the Consultation and Compliance Services Division, Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. For the publication "Office Ergonomics: Practical Solutions for a Safer Workplace" from WISHA, click here.

Below are two checklists: Computer Workstation and Workstation. These checklists are written so that "no" responses indicate potential problem areas that should receive further investigation. Suggested product solutions are displayed to the right of the listed concern.

    have a padded seat that is adjustable for height and angle?
