Bank and Office Interior’s Corporate Headquarters is located at 5601 – 6th Avenue South, adjacent to the Seattle Design Center. This location houses 13,000 sq. ft. of corporate office space including: sales associates, customer service / support staff and space planning / technical service specialists. Business functions including finance, information technology and general administration are located here as well.

B&OI Seattle manages an impressive list of clients including: healthcare facilities and financial institutions, manufacturing and high tech businesses, educational institutions, State of Washington agencies and political subdivisions, and corporate / commercial offices.

Our Corporate Headquarters employs over fifty associates and services Western Washington and the Greater Puget Sound area.

Seattle Customer Service Center

The B&OI Seattle Warehouse is located near our showroom at 5990 - 1st Avenue South. This 150,000 square foot facility (including 4,200 square feet of office space) houses services such as: project management, installation, rental furnishings, flooring, move coordination, re-upholstery, refurbishment, fabricoating, repairs and warehousing / customer inventory storage. In addition, B&OI offers furniture repair and warranty work, wood repair, wood refinishing, and upholstery cleaning.

The B&OI Seattle Warehouse employs associates with specialized service disciplines including: project managers, lead installers, installation crews, delivery personnel, drivers and a warehouseman crew. B&OI Seattle services the Greater Puget Sound area with a fleet of vehicles comprised of at least: eight 24’ trucks, eleven 14’ cube vans, and four service vans.
