Community Involvement
Bank & Office Interiors believes in being an active participant in the community we serve.As an organization we appreciate our experience as an "Adopt-A-Street" participant. The mission of the Adopt-A-Street program is to promote civic responsibility and community pride as well as to enhance Seattle's quality of life through clean streets and beautiful neighborhoods.
Other organizations where B&OI enjoys contributing include: Children’s Holiday Party at Harborview, The Boys & Girls Club Charity Auction, Eastern WA/ Norther ID Girl Scouts, CenterPoint, Center for Adults with Disabilities, the YMCA, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Industry associations and affiliations of B&OI include: IIDA, ASID, PSALA, the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce
Our associates are also involved in many aspects of the community in which we live and work. This month we would like to recognize the following associates and the organization in which they participate:
- Jami Wallace, Design Director: Jami currently serves on the Board of Directors for Clothes for Kids based out of Snohomish County. Clothes for Kids provides Fall and Spring Wardrobes for school children and families in need. Each child is referred to CFK through a school and is able to select clothing of their choice in a retail atmosphere.
- Susan Noble: Susan currently serves on the Board of Directors for CenterPoint, Center for Adults with Disabilities. In addition, Susan has been an active donor at the Special Olympics Annual Charity Breakfast fundraiser, the Krista Foundation Annual Charity Breakfast fundraiser, Women in Transitions, the YMCA "My Sisters Closet" Organization, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
